The Morning Seminar

-The topic was interview with brothers who opened CONGA.
2. What were the main ideas/terms/definitions of the seminar?
-We make a question and interview.
3. Did you learn anything new from the seminar?
-There are immigration family who open their restaurant.
4. What was the most interesting idea or concept that you learned today?
-It’s hard to open restaurant for immigrants, but Alex and Rene succeeded.
5. How will you use this information in the future?
-When I will interview someone, I will use this skill.

The Afternoon Project

1. What was the title of the afternoon project?
-It was La Paz Community Potluck Dinner.
2. Where did the afternoon project take place?
-It took place at Orchard Knob Elementary School.
3. What was the purpose of the afternoon project?
-It was to make teamwork by cooking.
4. Who did you meet at the project location?
-I met some children and people from community.
5. What did you learn from the project?
-It’s fun to eat with everyone.
7. How will you apply what you learned during the project in the future?
-I appreciate that I can eat with someone.

-Today’s classes are about foods.  We have to appreciate people who cook for us because growing and cooking are hard.
